1. Is your product just for natural hair?

No, our products are manufactured and specifically designed for all hair types. Whether you are natural, permed, relaxed, color treated, thick, coarse or have fine or thinning hair, we have products for everyone. 


2. Can your products be used on children?

Yes, our products are safe for use on children's hair, we recommend of course supervision, unless your child is old enough to shampoo and condition their own hair. 


3. Can men and women use our products?

Yes, products are non-gender specific. If you have hair and or are growing your hair back from a place of baldness or choosing to be bald and want to keep your scalp moisturized and conditioned, our products are great for you. 


4. Can your products be used to shampoo and condition my beard?

Our Hair & Body Butter can be used on your beard. We do not recommend using our shampoo and conditioner on your face.

5. What is the shelf life of your products?

Our products are good for a year from the date of manufacturing and our products are batch made, meaning they aren't made until we order them, so they are always top quality and fresh. 


6. What products do you recommend if I have dry scalp?

We recommend our Moisturizing Shampoo & Conditioner, Anti-Itch and Growth Oil, Hydrating Leave In Conditioner and our Dulce De Leche Hair Moisturizer.


7. What products should I use if I have am a natural, permed, relaxed or have color treated hair?

All of our products are great for all hair types. Our Glow Head Inc. products are also great for short, medium and long hair lengths and any hair types. 


8. Will your products make my hair grow?

Our products will aide in promoting healthy hair. Healthy hair and having a clean and healthy scalp, along with drinking water and the proper nutrition, will lead to your hair growth. We recommend all of your products to help with growth.

10. What if my hair is already damaged?

We recommend that you determine the source of your hair loss. If it is from medications, we recommend you consult with your physician to express concerns.


If your hair loss or breakage is from chemicals, processing, high tension styles, poor hair care, we recommend our entire line to aide in repairing your hair. Our Glow Head Inc. Haircare System will get your hair back on track. 


11. Can I detox my hair?

Absolutely! We recommend our Apple Cider Vinegar Shampoo for your first shampoo, then follow it with our Dead Sea Mud and Minerals Hair Mask, following the directions on the jar.  


Next, you will follow up with our Detoxifying Charcoal Shampoo and Conditioner. Follow up with our Leave In Hydration Conditioner, Dulce De Leche Moisturizer and oil your scalp with our Anti-Itch Growth Oil. Your hair will thank you and us!


12. What if I want to return the products?

Please see our policies section for details and follow the instructions for a return and to be sure you are able to qualify for a refund, based on our policy.  


13. What if I want to sell Glow Head Inc. products?

Please complete the Contact Us form and include all of your information and we will reach out to you promptly. 


14. How long does it take to restock your products?

Our products are batch ordered by our manufacturer, so they are made once we order them. Please allow business days to receive your order, although, if your product is in stock, we ship within 24 hours of receipt of your products.


15. Do you have an affiliate program?

We are working on an Affiliate program for the future. Please complete the Contact Us form and we will reach out to you once we have the program in place.


16. Can I get certified as a Stylist, to sell Glow Head Inc. products at my Salon or Spa?

Yes, you can get certified as a Glow Head Certified Salon by completing the Contact Us form and we will reach out to you to discuss your goals and provide the details. 


17. I am in school to get my Beauty, Hair or Esthetics License. Can I sell and use Glow Head Inc. products on my clients, while I am in school?



18. What if I have an allergic reaction to your products?

We recommend a patch test for all of our products, once you purchase them, prior to use. Place a small amount in the middle of your arm and allow 15-20 minutes to see if your skin reacts. if not, proceed forward with use, per the instructions on the bottle.
